Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your ta7777 account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such attempted transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

ta7777 employs real-time monitoring systems and forensic review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities without prior notice.
ta7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit is Philippine Pesos 100 (₱100). ta7777 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made on behalf of a player by a third party.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ta7777 wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to individual bank processing times. USDT deposits are credited following required blockchain network confirmations.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ta7777 are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates communicated at the time of offer. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the general wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
ta7777 employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected — including but not limited to structured low-risk wagering, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — ta7777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at ta7777's sole discretion.
Bonus credits may only be converted to withdrawable funds after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Winnings derived from bonus play that exceed any stated cap will be forfeited. Cash deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated in the promotion.
All ta7777 games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta7777's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to ta7777 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits ta7777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ta7777 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC requirements; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; compliance with PAGCOR directives or court orders; or at ta7777's sole discretion where continued operation of your account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.
Upon account closure, ta7777 will make reasonable efforts to return any verified, non-restricted balance to your registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited without compensation.
You may close your ta7777 account at any time by contacting player support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (subject to KYC verification and wagering requirement compliance) will be returned to your registered payment method.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a ta7777 game result, transaction, or account action, you must first contact ta7777 player support and provide all relevant details. ta7777 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

All game results — as recorded by ta7777's game servers — are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between your browser display and the server record, the server record shall prevail. Technical malfunctions that materially affect game outcomes may be subject to review under Section 7.2.
ta7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of ta7777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and both parties hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
